On April 12th, a 4-bedroom unit situated on middle floor at The Esta recorded $2.43 million in profit after being held for 218 months. The transacted price was $3.6 million for an area of 1,593 sqft, which translates to $2,259 PSF – 2nd highest transacted PSF for 4-bedroom within this development. This is the most profitable transaction of all time within this project, surpassing a transaction in August 2009 of a 5-bedder on top floor, which saw a gain of $2.142 million, or 29% annualised capital gain, after being held for just 42 months.
