Positions Available

Dev Ops Engineer - Software and Applications Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments
• Day-to-day monitoring, backup, deployment and maintenance of systems
• Writing scripts/programs for service monitoring and health check of systems which perform automated integration flow and alerting
• Create, maintain, and iterate on our CI/CD processes for new and existing services
• Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability
• Ability to automate repeatable processes via scripts (e.g. via Terraform, bash, Powershell, Ruby, JS, Python, Groovy, etc.)
• Troubleshooting, performs root cause analysis and working closely with developers to implement corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
• Extensive experience working within AWS and with its managed products like EC2, ECS, ECR, R53, SES, Elasticache, RDS, EKS, etc
• Experience with containerization and container orchestration services like Docker, Kubernetes
• Working knowledge of Linux OS and setting up monitoring/logging/tracing systems
• Self-starter with the ability to appropriately priorities and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent spoken and written communication skill, and interpersonal skill

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities
• Maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts
• Consolidate subsidiary accounts into Group financial statements
• Responsible for bookkeeping, month end closing, maintain and prepare full set of financial accounts, preparation of unaudited financial statements and monthly/quarterly management accounts in accordance with company's policies and Singapore's accounting standards
• Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation, expense reconciliation, monthly breakdown of balance sheet items and other management reports required by management
• Tracking of Account Payables and Account Receivables
• Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements
• Assist in handling tax compliance and tax efficiency initiatives
• Participate in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• CA or ACCA with at least 4 years of commercial experiences would be preferred
• PSelf-motivated, attentive to details, strong communication skills, and quick learner
• Good sense of ownership and able to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and tight timelines
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Singapore tax law, tax-related requirements and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Excel, and knowledgeable in accounting systems such as Million, Quickbooks
• Immediate available is advantageous
