2. Resale Three-Bedder at UE Square Records $2.13 Million Profit

The sale of a three-bedroom unit at UE Square was the most profitable transaction during the week of May 27 to June 3. The 1,561 sq ft apartment on the 12th floor fetched $3.46 million ($2,217 psf) on May 29. The unit had been bought for $1.33 million ($852 psf) in July 1999. The most expensive Condo transaction in June 2025 is a 5-bedroom new unit at Skywaters Residences, which was sold at $30.87 million for a total area of 5,285 sqft ($5,841 PSF).



5. Top 5 Transactions by Annualised Capital Gain/Loss in June 2025


The most profitable Condo transaction in June 2025 happened at Stadia in D19 after being held for 4.05 years, recording a 17.77% annualised gain.


The highest annual loss percentage of the month was seen in a unit at Gramercy Park in D10 after a holding period of 3.13 years, which recorded an annual loss of 5.48%.
