Another million-dollar HDB transaction was made in the week of 22-28 January, making the total number of million-dollar HDB transactions in 2024 as 28 transactions.


A unit on 6th floor at 156 Tampines Street 12, sold at $1.02M for 1,679 sqft on 23rd January 2024. This marks the 2nd highest price ever transacted in this project, just behind a 3-bed unit that was sold at $1.025M in March 2023.



156 Tampines Street 12 is a 99-year HDB that was completed in 1984. It consists of only 1 block with 84 units in total, ranging from $489 - $577 PSF. Located in the bustling Tampines district, 156 Tampines Street 12 presents contemporary living with proximity to Tampines (DT32 EW2), Tampines West MRT (DT31), and Tampines East MRT (DT33). It is also within walking distance to Tampines 1 and lots of eateries.


Following up are the 2 transactions on Compassvale Drive - Block 216B and 215B, at $958K and $930K respectively. These are 5-room HDB with 1,206 in area. Notably, transaction at block 215B marks the highest price ever transacted within the block, surpassing the previous transaction of $900K for a 5-room unit in March 2023.
