Marketing Executive

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and strategies that promote our products and services to the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for digital marketing, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to support our growth objectives.

Responsabilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing content calendar across digital platforms to promote REA’s products and services.
• Manage and optimize the company website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
• Ideate and craft engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos) and design visuals that align with our brand voice and target audience.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Data) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and branding.
• Assist in event planning and execution, including webinars, industry events, and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate industry to craft engaging content.
• Support other teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct TikTok Live sessions to engage with the audience when required.
• Submit weekly report of product & marketing performance
• Other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or tech industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
• Proficiency with Canva is a must. Experience with other software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma, etc., is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suites, email marketing platforms, and HTML will be a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret, visualize data, and generate insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving marketing trends and technologies.

Product Operations Executive

Description:

• Spearhead the creation and regular update of comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and Run user flow and product testing with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies;
• Oversee the entire support operations of the product:
• Serve as the chief liaison between product teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding tool updates, features, and feedback;
• Work with Customer Support team to problem solve customer enquiries;
• Attending to customer enquiries on product related issues;
• Systematic problem solving skill is a MUST to have, You need to be able to design flexible solutions that can solve urgent product operation issues.

Responsabilities:

• Work alongside the product development team to create prototypes and mockups;
• Work with product Development team to create user stories and define product requirements;
• Provide feedback and direction during development processes;
• Relate customer feedbacks to help improve the product quality;

Qualifications:

• A fast learner and self-starter who gets to the point quickly with a good sense of judgment and original thinking;
• A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with demonstrated experience collaborating with different teams and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives;
• Strong data and business analysis ability, analytical mind, and good data skills; comfortable with spreadsheets;
• Customer service orientation and experience working in a sales/ client-facing capacity.
