$1.54 million for a 5-room HDB flat at Block 1D Cantonment Road (The Pinnacle@Duxton)


Based on recent data from RealInsight, a 5-room HDB flat at Block 1D Cantonment Road (The Pinnacle@Duxton) set a new record within the project, selling for $1.542 million in 29 June 2024. The unit, located on the 43rd floor and spanning 1,130 sqft, achieved a price of $1,365 PSF. This transaction has set a new high for sale price and price PSF at The Pinnacle@Duxton HDB, surpassing the previous record of $1.515 million by another 5-room unit on the 37th floor of Block 1C earlier this year. 


This sale becomes the 9th most expensive HDB transaction in 2024, ranking just below a unit on the 1st floor at Block 76 Guan Chuan Street, which sold for $1.55 million in April 2024.
